What CIG Did in the Past Week
1- The Interim Government urgently wrote to the US and French presidents on behalf of the justice forces on the international community with regard to the humanity disaster of Wukan village of Guangdong province.
Dear Mr. Obama the President of the United States of America,
Mr. Sarkozy the President of the Republic of France,
Mr. Ban Ki-moon the Secretary-General of the United Nations,
Mr. Rasmussen NATO Secretary General,
At the moment when Christmas comes, thousands of villagers of Wukan village, Shanwei city, Guangdong province are having a fatal contest against the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) authorities. To date several representatives of the village have been maltreated and persecuted to death. This troubling event is on an escalation. The CCP regime is transferring a large number of troops and policemen from other regions to besiege the village and keep the information about the event from spreading out. In the light of how the CCP consistently, evilly did, it can be imagined that a larger scale of genocide-like humanitarian disaster should be being brewed and conducted by the CCP. The Chinese people and international media are closely watching the developments. Now that the situation is so urgent, the China Interim Government is here to require the international community to impose diplomatic, political and economic pressure on the CCP autocracy.
From a broader view, arable land is essential to China’s farmers who have to live on it. The corrupted officials of the CCP collude with the profiteers in cheating the farmers and stealing and selling their arable land. While making the farmers suffer great losses, such sale has deprived them of the foundation they will live on in the future. This kind of events are extensively, constantly occurring in mainland China, becoming one of the causes that make the entire Chinese society turbulent.
The root of the turmoil in China’s society is the agony brought to the populace by the communist dictatorial system and ideology, which not only persecute the Chinese people but also undermine the security and economic stability of the human society.
The Jasmine Revolution ignited in Tunisia in last December has led to the changes in Egypt, Libya, Yemen, and Syria, propelling the establishment of freedom and democracy in the Middle East. In the past year, the United States, France, EU, and UN played a big part in promoting the progress of democratization in Middle East and North Africa, providing an encouraging successful experience. This experience should be popularized to the rest of the world, thus impelling the creation of the system of liberty, democracy, and human rights.
I am here on behalf of the China Interim Government to call the United States, France, UN, and NATO to jointly impose diplomatic, economic, and political pressure and the like on Beijing by applying the experience of successfully procuring democratization in Middle East and North Africa, thereby preventing the CCP regime from creating humanitarian disaster in Wukan village, Guangdong province.
In the meantime, you are expected to take it into near-term strategic consideration to maintain a continuous, extensive international pressure to stop Beijing from oppressing and exploiting the Chinese people. The pressure imposed on the CCP regime should approach at least the following two objectives:
One, building China into a country of freedom, democracy, human rights, constitutionality, and federal republic that hands state power, wealth and land back to the people, putting an end to the dictatorial rule of the CCP, and establishing a democratically elected government. In a new political and social environment, creating a normal, stable domestic market of China, and further a normal, stable international trade between China and every country in the world, which honors the standard of free market economics. One of the everlasting locomotives of world economy that serve the Chinese populace while making contribution to the world trade should be created in this way.
Two, urging China to build a normal, stable domestic market with home demand enlarged and imports increased, and requiring China to observe the standard of free market economics in international trade, thereby making China into one of the locomotives impelling the world economy. More recently, IMF Chief Lagarde pushed the panic button that the global economy will be at risk of ‘lost decade’ in the future. How should the human society walk out of the shadow and depression period? I believe that what we suggest above in this paragraph can be put into practice to assist the human society to shorten the depression period of world economy, and it is good for both the United States and the European Union.
However, the CCP tyranny, in order to maintain its immoral benefits, will never give priority to the benefits of the Chinese populace, let alone thinking about how to benefit the international community. On the contrast, the rogue regime always kidnaps the benefits of all mankind to serve as the precondition to maintain its power existence. Therefore, disintegrating the CCP is not only what the Chinese people desire but even more where the benefits of all mankind rest in.
China needs the world, and vise versa. China should genuinely be involved in the world community that is oriented with liberty, democracy, and human rights.

Review of What Happened Last Week and Demonstration of CIG's Standpoints
1- The CCP regime will find 2012 a tough year for stabilization
Mr. Chris Wu: According to sources, the CCP groundlessly increases three-year imprisonment of penalty to attorney Gao Zhisheng upon the end of his probation, displaying the fear and bewilderment of the evil Party reaching its last day. In the meantime, the top-level ones of the CCP frequently meet to deploy the guideline for 2012 'Strengthen stability, continue opening-up, and struggle to assure the people's livelihood'. Virtually impracticable, this is only for a barely opened ceremony of its 18th session of the central committee.
2- The Russian populace should rely much more on democratic forces
Mr. Chris Wu: There is no treat for Russia on the way of approaching genuine democracy. Were the Russian people not to mobilize democratic forces, they would have to witness Putin to restore an autocratic monarchy. Fortunately, some persons have stood out to campaign for presidency and challenge Putin's totalitarian regime. As predicted, the possibility that Putin mobilizes the country's strength to repress any civilian revolution cannot be excluded if such revolution breaks out during Russia's presidential election in March next year. On the occasion, the northern region of China will be more or less thrown into a political turmoil, forming an outer pressure on the CCP regime.

伍凡先生暖场发言：各位网友、媒体记者、全国乡亲父老，您们好！今天是二〇一一年十二月十六日，中国过渡政府第一八七次新闻发布会现在开始。
简报中国过渡政府一周工作：
一 中国过渡政府就广东乌坎人道灾难紧急致函美国总统、法国总统等国际社会正义力量
伍凡先生：乌坎数千村民正为护田与中共拼死相搏，数名村民代表已被伪政权杀害。大量伪军警封锁该村，通讯被切断，一场更大规模的群体灭绝般的人道灾难山雨欲来。情况紧迫，中国过渡政府请求国际社会，利用外交、政治、经济压力，阻止邪党施暴。
农田是农民赖以生存的根基，贪官勾结奸商欺骗盗卖田地，不仅使农民蒙受重大经济损失，更使其丧失生计。此类恶行遍及全国，是造成中国社会动荡的主因之一。残暴、非人道、掠夺成性的中共专制与其邪思不仅为祸中国民众，也祸及世界安全与经济稳定。
中国过渡政府呼吁美国、法国、联合国和北约，据中东北非促成民主化的经验，对中共施加外交、经济、政治等压力，以此制止乌坎人道灾难。同时作为近期战略考虑，以持续广泛的国际压力，阻止邪党继续压榨迫害中国人，以达成两大目标：1、肇建自由、民主、人权、法治、共和、宪政和联邦中国，还政于民、还财于民、还地于民，结束中共独裁专政，建立民选政府。在新政治和社会环境下，建立正常、稳定的内需市场，确立中国与世界各国正常的、稳定的，以自由市场经济为准则的国际贸易。由此既为中国民众造福，又为世界贸易作贡献；2、将中国建成推进世界经济发展的龙头，是使人类社会缩短世界经济衰退的途径之一。这有利于美欧经济脱困和长远发展。
中共将绑架全人类的利益作为维持其伪政权的前提。因此解体中共，不仅是中国人民的要求，更为全人类福祉所系。中国需要世界，世界也需要中国。因此，中国应真正融入自由民主人权的世界大家庭。
二 中国过渡政府支持和祝贺乌坎民众成立第一个自治民主村政府！
伍 凡先生：2011年9月，乌坎民众因不满土地被村官私卖，及选举不公而向伪村委会抗议后，遭中共镇压。数千乡民奋起还击，砸毁伪警车数辆。随即，乌坎民众自发成立了“村民临时代表理事会”、“村妇女代表联合会”领导维权抗暴，并打出“反对独裁”等标语游行示威。12月，邪党将村民维权组织定性为所谓“非法组织”，两位村民代表被伪警害死。并封锁乌坎，欲以断水断电迫使乡民就范。对此，中国过渡政府声明：1、支持和祝贺乌坎民众成立首个自治民主村政府。乌坎民众以实际行动和生命鲜血捍卫土地，这种英勇壮举给全民以极大鼓舞，特别是以自治方式脱离中共统治，更为全民树立了榜样。相信将有更多地区效法乌坎脱共独立；2、号召全国民众以各种方式支持乌坎。
中国过渡政府全力支持乌坎民众反抗中共的壮举，号召全国各地区、各行业，以罢工、罢市等形式支持乌坎抗暴；3、警告和规劝中共广东伪官员不要做中国的“小卡扎菲”。镇压乌坎民众，只会留下洗不净的血债，把退路完全堵死，成为反人类审判台上的罪犯；4、中国军人是做中共党卫军，还是中国民众的国防军，你们必须做出抉择；5、请国际社会、国外媒体关注和支持乌坎。我们希望国际社会，特别是支持过中东北非民众抗暴的美国及北约等，能够关注乌坎，通过各种外交压力阻止中共在乌坎制造反人类群体灭绝。希望国际媒体，以各种渠道深入报道乌坎真相，让各界关注在中国上演的“茉莉花革命”。
2011是中国民众在全国范围内反抗中共暴政最为普遍和激烈的一年，也由于全民积极抗暴，共党已深感伪警力难以为继。而乌坎民众在反抗暴政过程中，明确喊出了“反抗独裁”口号，大量使用标语和旗帜表达诉求，积极主动地让国际媒体了解真相，甚至成立了中国首个自治形式的民主村政府。
我们一定要相信，今天付出的艰辛、失去的生命，是为未来荡涤洪浊开辟道路。自由是奋斗得来的，不会从天而降，美国如此，澳大利亚如此，中华民国如此，都需要通过民众努力来获得。

府方综述：述评一周天下大事
一 2012年中共维稳难
伍 凡先生：有消息称，高智晟的缓刑期满后，中共又莫须有地对其加刑三年。足见邪党末日将至的惶恐与失措。同时，中共高层会议频仍，部署2012年“加强稳定、继续开放、力保民生”，仅为保伪十八大能顺利开幕。但这只是一厢情愿，以乌坎村为代表的，民众维权抗暴的坚强意志说明，专制的稳定，就是人民的灾难。若中共不放弃独裁祸国在政治制度、垄断分赃的经济制度和与民为敌的暴政思维，那么等待它们就只有在民众大革命中灭亡！
二 俄罗斯民众应发扬民主力量
伍 凡先生：俄罗斯虽大，但在民主进程上却已无路可退，身后就是莫斯科。如俄民众再不起来发扬民主力量，则只能目睹新沙皇普京的独裁复辟。幸而已有人站出来参选总统，挑战普京极权。如明年三月俄大选期间爆发民众革命，不排除普京动用国家力量来镇压的可能。届时，中国北方便会动荡，同时也形成对中共的又一外在压力。
以下为府方答问时间：
问题一 如何看伪人民币第九次跌平？
伍 凡先生：伪人民币长期以来存在两种价值，国内价值和国外价值。国内一直在贬值，现在对外价格也下滑了。过去六年中美一直在就伪人民币升值问题谈判，已上升近30%。自今年夏天启，伪人民币开始下滑。预计明年伪人民币会停止升值，一味下跌。其币值依据是出口赚取的外汇，现在中国外贸量锐减，外汇收入萎缩，伪人民币自然贬值。现在人们的存款很难保值，房地产持续下跌，股票已跌至2224点……看来只能将存款换成外汇，存在中共统治区以外的银行了。
问题二 为何贵府针对营救乌坎村民给美、法总统的信，主旨不突出？
伍凡先生：信的主导思想归纳为，1、关注乌坎的人道灾难；2、阿拉伯之春正是由于法、美等国介入，才取得成功的。我们希望此经验能在中国复制，避免类似乌坎的惨祸再度发生。
问题三 洛杉矶伪领馆被枪击事件有结果吗？
伍凡先生：目前尚无结果。
问题四 现在中国是自由市场吗？
伍 凡先生：中共一直以来，依靠伪国企垄断国民经济。事关国计民生的重要领域皆在伪国企制下，它们不仅垄断行业，更垄断价格与市场规则等，如伪中石油、伪国家电网等。近年的“国进民退”更加深了中共垄断资本主义的程度，不仅压缩了民营经济整体规模，更使国家经济命脉进一步收归党有，造成了“党更富、民更穷”。
