CIG on Recent Mainland Safeguarding Rights and Resisting Tyranny Uprisings

Be both courageous and resourceful by fostering strengths and avoiding weaknesses

Since the last great feat of driving away CCP’s special police in the large scale uprising in Tonggu County, Jiangxi Province, another two astonishingly soul-stirring uprising incidents happened in Jiangxi. On July 5th of 2010, CCP’s vicious beating on petitioners appealing to the higher courts enraged people of Jiujiang in Jiangxi, who overturned dozens of police cars, surrounded and smashed the town’s CCP government buildings, scared away CCP’s officials. On July 14th of 2010, people in Tonggu County protested the injustice treatment from CCP for its under-the-table deals, but the protesters were cracked down by CCP on 3:00AM in early morning. CIG has the following statements on the great feat that people in Jiangxi Province achieved in safeguarding their rights and resisting tyranny:

1.   CIG acknowledges Jiangxi people’s spirits of abhorring evil as enemy and fighting against CCP

Since CCP usurped power, it has been resorting to violence and lies for its control over Chinese people, resulting into millions of people living in silent resentment and anger for an extended long time.

Gradually, as more and more people understand the evil nature of CCP, more and more incidents of defending rights have popped up in an increased frequency and intensity. The recent related incidents in Jiangxi are typical representatives, which includes the uprising of Tonggu people in Jiangxi, over three hundred ex-PLA soldiers' demonstration, clashing with the special police force at the provincial government, several thousand enraged people in Jiujiang, Jiangxi smashed town’s government buildings and overturned dozens of police cars and etc and etc. All these incidents of resisting tyranny show that people who can no longer tolerate CCP have risen against CCP bravely.

2.   Besides using force in self-defense, a wise form of safeguarding rights -- targeting collective forces on the Party Secretary

Because all the state apparatus and weapons are controlled by CCP, civilians are at a disadvantageous position during self-defense involving force, inevitably getting hurt physically. In order to reduce the personal injury to the minimum, it is necessary to take a wise approach, targeting collective forces on local Party secretaries, demanding a response from them, for example, with methods including but not limited to putting up posters, banners, shouting questions and slogans etc, which will force the Party Secretaries to make only two choices, either aiding people to resolve the civilians’ issues or stepping down. This will compel CCP to be engaged in dealing with people's demands, thus helping disperse its forces and awakening more righteous powers to rise against CCP.

3.   Collectively Quitting CCP,CYL, CYP to deliver shock and awe on the evil CCP

The Three-Quits (quit Chinese Communist Party, Communist Youth League and Communist Young Pioneers) is a spirit revolt and strength, ideology liberation and mental freedom. In the very limited space of ideology designated by CCP, people can barely make any existence. The method of resorting to legal means has reached a dead end. Even the petition offices of higher courts are aiding persecutions. Rather than appealing collectively to the higher petition offices, it’s better to publicly and collectively announce Three-quits. Traveling a long way to appeal to the petition offices in higher courts not only will not solve the issues, but will cause CCP to suppress the petitioners in various possible ways. Only the Three-Quits will frighten CCP; Three-Quits by collective force will make CCP tremble in fear. By posting the statements of Three-Quits on the gate of CCP offices, more local people will get to know the message of Three-quits, which will force CCP to face the petitioners appealing to higher-level departments.

4. CIG Reiterates the following statements:

People have the right to revolt against the tyranny. People have the right for self-defense against CCP officials’ violent crackdown and illegal suppression; justifiable self-defense that results in injury on CCP officials is acceptably lawful. People’s rights for revolt and self-defense are a legitimate political coercive power, but not so-called “violence”.

The constitutions and laws of tyrannical CCP are representatives of CCP’s bureaucratic class interests of its despotic evil rules, which shall be completely repealed together with CCP’s despotic political system. In view of this, people have the right not to abide by CCP’s despotic evil laws and people have no obligations to comply with these autocratic draconian codes; when CCP persecutes its people under the pretense of its evil autocratic laws, people have the right to adopt methods outside CCP’s legal system to resist the suppression, and safeguard their human rights and other civil rights.

My Statement on Applying for CIG Citizenship

The First Citizen of the Truly New China: Mr. Liu Guohua(previous law teacher of University of Northeast China, presently residing in U.S.)
I have adequate reasons to trust in our Interim Government which, simillar to countless bud-like transient governments eventually overcoming and taking the place of decayed, atrocious regimes, will be accredited by Chinese people and replace the illegal CCP authority.

Hence I am willing to become the first citizen under the rule of our Interim Government. The citizenship is not only symbolic but also realistic. Hopefully my action will call on more and more patriots home and abroad in vigorously upholding and even participating in the Interim Government. The sea comes from tiny streams. When we get involved, we are creating a truly new China for the future.

Why Do I Stand for CIG?

CIG Special Representative for Negotiation: Mr. Wang Zhaojun (Committee member of Anhui provincial Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, renowned entrepreneur in Mainland)

As I declare my advocacy for the China Interim Government and initiatively pay tax to it, some of my friends feel puzzled. Here is my simple reply: I do so because it is conformable with the trend; meanwhile, Chinese people should have had the right to choose their own government long ago! Now that I am offered this right, why not take it?

The establishment of CIG is not only based on legal principle but also on the understanding by common people. Even if a conceited politician, so long as he is a Chinese sensitive to democratic politics, he should acknowledge and endorse it; let alone those ordinary men who have thought it over. ... It is because it has knocked the gate open for every politician's splendor of political career. Whe do I stand for CIG? Because Chinese people need it so that thousands of their words can only be abstracted into a term: longing!

Why Do I Stand with the Interim Government?

Some friends of mine talked with me about the Interim Government, growling that I'm involved. But actually, I never keep it in that I've been advocating its foundation for years. Because I believe not only is the establishment of the CIG without any mistake or no kidding, but also it is quite something of boundless beneficence that I'm so proud of my involvement.
