In early 2010, the Pizhou government in Jiangsu Province utilized gang robbery in the misuse of rural land, resulting in several deaths of villagers. Afterwards the local people jointly condemned Li Lianyu, the Party secretary of Pizhou, for his crime in the tragedy. And four months later, Li Lianyu was dismissed for the case of land murder.
As a CCP officer, Li was notorious for his over-ambition and extravagance. In 2007, for example, he directed by himself a “spontaneous” ceremony in Pizhou for a so-called victorious return from his participation in the CCP National Congress. Because of this event, he was called as the "red carpet secretary" by local people. When incumbent, Li Lianyu was very keen to sell land for money. Even without any agreement with local residents, Li managed violence in land expropriation by employing Mafia-style organization gangs to beat people. On January 7, 2010, a defensive villager was stabbed to death and another seriously wounded. After the incident, the local government of Pizhou robbed away the dead body by employing heavy armed police force and even using tear gas, which caused over a thousand villagers to protest in the streets for two days. The innocent people assembled for petition in front of the municipal government, demanding the dead punishment of Li Lianyu. And four months later, Li was dismissed.
Destruction or destroying of the all levels of CCP committee secretary peacefully and perfectly is aimed to put intensive power of people, including anti-communism, human rights defense and violence-opposing power in all regions, through all kinds of ways of persuasion, visit-advice, telephoning, posters, tracing the crimes of CCP officials, prosecution of corruption, exposition of scandals, restriction of CCP-related actions, so as to demand the mainly targeted CCP unit to compensate its criminals in a peaceful manner and seek for justice. So that these targeted CCP units are universally condemned, besieged on all sides, isolated to desperate or quarantine state. These effective actions will create a social context in which no one dare to do in the position of CCP secretary. In the end the disintegration of CCP will be realized due to the stop of the communist operation in China. We execute the strategy from old Chinese saying “To catch brigands, first catch their head" or "killing a snake on its seven-inch position." Irresistible power formed by tens of thousands or hundreds of millions of people is absolutely overwhelming to destroy a targeted CCP secretary so as to defeat all levels to the violent CCP units. As a matter of fact, since the strategy was implemented, good news has come to us, for example, that Wang Lequan, the CCP Secretary of Xianjiang Region was dismissed in this April 24.
Mass riots are the activities to deny and strike back against CCP. We believe that more and more popular revolts will win in the promotion of the disintegration of CCP as CIG adopts better and better policies for our people.
