In the end of April of 2010, when forcedly demolishing citizen-owned houses in Guangzhou, the Communist regime was met with tough resistance. In particular, a citizen shot the CCP security staff, initiating the authorities' too much discomposure. In response, China Interim Government makes the statement as follows:
1. Citizens have the right to possessing weapons to defend themselves.
It is perfectly justified that people possess arms to defend themselves, and is the only way out under the CCP's oppression. It is obvious to all how much impoverished the masses are under the rule of the Communist tyranny. The rascal Party over and over again robs flesh and blood of the people for its own benefits that it has incurred the greatest popular indignation. Recently many have been crushed to death, gunned down, forced to jump off buildings, or set fire on themselves in resistance against forced relocation. Not long ago, Yang Jia was compelled to defend his dignity with dagger in hand; later on, Deng Yujiao grabbed a fruit knife defending her chastity. To date more and more people have become aware of blindly flinching cannot get CCP's restraining itself or sympathy in return; therefore, there will be greater masses taking up arms in self-defense.
2. Servicemen, policemen, security staff and city inspectors must not help CCP do devil or be its food for powder
As CCP's armed forces, servicemen, policemen, security staff and city inspectors are used as hatchet man by CCP in suppressing people and plundering their property. As early as in 2008, China Interim Government issued "Presidential Order #3" warning military not to suppress the people; and when coerced to execute an order to shoot by any superior they should shot down the superior. In a similar way, when policemen, security men and inspectors are commanded to plunder people's property or suppress them, they must take negative attitude or even refuse to execute orders, but never hold a candle to the devil. Every crime committed by CCP is born in mind of the people; someday when the evil Party is brought to trial, debts will be paid by creditees that everyone involved will be judged alongside the ruler. So, leave you a way of escape! Today, armed defense has been gradually accepted by the public. The above-mentioned personnel will probably be killed by the public if they go their own way in helping the tyrant Party to do evil.
3. Calibrate the target of armed defense more precisely, straight to the point - Party committee secretaries of CCP
The Communist Party is always accomplished in making people fight people, so we must not get drowned in it. The people's defending rights and resisting tyranny at the present day should perform as wise as possible policy to maintain strength without head-on confrontation with CCP's armament, while taking reasonable measures to destroy its main strength and fierce and cruel lackeys - Party committee secretaries by forcefully preventing them from doing evil.
4. Party committee secretaries must exit their dangerous positions as soon as possible
In the coming inevitable revolution in China, as local representatives and lackeys of the CCP, Party committee secretaries are the most dangerous posts in the historic process of disintegrating the Party. They are recommended to think it through, consider for ourselves, for their families and for the nation's future; and they must leave the troubled positions for safety or even spark uprisings and make great contribution to future China.

Enclosed: The First Gunshot to Fight Back CCP Tyranny in Chongqing
On March 19 of 2009, the first anti-communist gunshot was heard in Chungking, Sichuan, marking the prologue of Chinese people using force to fight back CCP tyranny. In spite of advocating peaceful disorganization of CCP, China Interim Government fully affirms the smashing of the Communist regime by force. In response to "3.19" incident China Interim Government hereby makes the following statement:
1. The first gunshot in Chongqing will inspire the Chinese nation's courage in resistance against CCP tyranny
Lao Tze said,” The people fear not death, why threaten them with it." Communist Party always bullies and menaces Chinese people with death. The Party's murderous record has made the majority of Chinese cool down their courage and uprightness but appease their servility. Like CCP's former intelligence official openly quitting the Party, Yang Jia killing policemen, and victims quitting the Party and its affiliated organizations in real names, the first gunshot in Chongqing is a sign of that the Chinese people have taken more courage and insight than needed in disintegrating the evil Party, and will also greatly spark the Chinese nation's determination to resist against the Communist tyranny.
2. Military should comprehensively consider the situation and see clearly how the land lies, following "Presidential Order #3" issued by China Interim Government not to beaten down common people but shot down the Party officers who coerce military to fire at people and launch uprising at a proper time.
Military should be proud of defending nation. But the army has been evolved into a Party guard by CCP, protecting the devil and helping it slaughter innocent civilians; this is a shame to entire Chinese servicemen. To recover military's integrity and not to be the opposite of Chinese masses, servicemen must make right choice and put into action as early as possible; otherwise they will not only lose integrity but also lives and will be nailed to the pillory of history for ever.
Apart from army, the state power institutions under CCP's control, including police and para-police, should also disengage from the Party's control and avoid to be accomplice of the tyranny or its burial accessories.
3. Chinse people should go on making great efforts to peaceful disintegrating CCP
While recognizing the effect of disorganizing CCP by force, Chinese people should not forget to regard peaceful disintegration of CCP as the main measure. According to "Guidelines and Operating Rules for Chinese People Safeguarding Rights and Resisting Tyranny" issued by China Interim Government, every one should make greater effort to distribute "Nine Commentaries on Communist Party" and persuade others to quit the Party and its affiliated organizations, accurately aim at the primary targets - Party committee secretaries at all levels, and arouse more common people by smearing or taking off CCP signs.
History has come to a turning point and an epoch is opening prologue. Every brave person who stands out to participate in disorganization of CCP today will leave to future ages a fine reputation and will be revered by later generations. His or her courage and insight will help hundreds of millions of Chinese people to get rid of the CCP nightmare and compose a resplendent canto.
