-- In reply to the letters from appellants
We frequently receive papers from appellants across mainland China through various channels pouring out their grievances. We hereby reply as follows.
Under the despotic rule of the CCP it is often seen that grievances occur today. Appellants of different regions are supposed to, firstly, report the detailed grievances to China Interim Government that will then disclose how they are ill-treated and in the future consider how to dedicatedly expose the conditions; secondly, prefer making a choice of renouncing the CCP and its affiliated organizations to going on with appealing to higher levels of the authorities, while uniting with more and more people to get involved in the practice relating to disintegrating the CCP. Now that the Tunisian people can make it, why not the Chinese people? In spite of our little force, it will become great when it is focused on the individuals like Party committee secretaries. Even if threat to death is not frightening any more, what can’t be done? Everything heroic must be done! The demoniac Party has never been touched by tears, mercy and mournfulness. So long as the Party is dissolved, everything will be OK.
Only when appellants do not visit higher authorities for justice any more, will China Peony Revolution break out (for more information, refer to Yuan Hongbing: Why Jasmine Revolution Hasn’t Come to China? (袁红冰：中国为何尚未发生“茉莉花革命”). In addition to the above-said two points, one thing that postpones the disintegration of the CCP is that quite some still cherish the illusion on the demoniac Party. We see no one kneel down before the autocrats in the revolutions of North Africa; rather, they pray to heaven. This is the essential difference between them.

答访民函：当访民不再上访的时候，牡丹花革命才会爆发
中国过渡政府经常会通过各种途径收到各地访民提交上访的资料，反馈冤情。对此，中国过渡政府答复如下：
在目前中共暴政下，冤情太普遍了。各地访民，首先，可以把情况情况反映给中国过渡政府中国过渡政府把其公开。以后考虑专门如何披露这些情况。其次，与其向中共上访，不如三退后，和更多人联合起来，参与解体中共的事情，能做多少就做多少。非洲突尼斯的人民都可以，中国人民为什么不行？力量少，但是针对党委书记个别人，力量集中起来还是很大的。死都不怕，什么壮举还做不出来。中共从来不会被泪水、可怜和哀痛感动。铁了心把中共解体了，其他什么事情都好办。
当访民不再上访的时候，牡丹花革命才会爆发（参考《袁红冰：中国为何尚未发生“茉莉花革命”》），此外还有一点，就是还有相当一部分人对中共抱有幻想，才使得中共迟迟未被解体。在北非的革命中，没有看到人民对独裁者“下跪”，而是对上天祈祷，这就是根本区别。
