CIG Voices Support for the Riot of Changchunling, Fujin City

E-mail PDF

Recent news said that furious local people launched a large-scale uprising against local CCP’s government in Changchunling village of Fujin city, Heilongjiang, because of long-period unresolved land issues making the farmers impossible to survive.

For this event, China Interim Government (CIG) is ready to give full recognition and support to the local people in Changchunling and, at the same time, serious warnings to all armed forces in Fujin not to act as evil paws of CCP.

1. Focusing on three rural issues during the disintegration of CCP

The issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers are the main aspects of the disintegration of CCP.

The city of Fujin, located in northeast border of Heilongjiang Province, is abundant in arable land. Agriculture is the main industry which the local peasants rely on for living. However, local government robbed the farmland by all means, forcing the farmers to pay land rental.

For local people, sinful things done by CCP became intolerable. Early in 2007, it was the first time that the local peasants organized automatically to struggle against Fujin government, calling for "Not Beijing Olympics But Human Rights". In 2008, they proposed self-government elections. This time they have taken to rebelling against CCP!

CIG definitely support such long-lasting brave resistance for legal survival. We reiterate that “land owing to tiller” is the key basis or objective to solve the three rural issues. Based on such aim, CIG issued "Guideline of Land Privatization, CIG (Draft)", advocating the policy of land privatization to ensure the fundamental interests of Chinese farmers.

2. Calling for nation-wide support

The people in Fujin have led the first uprising in China, representing the real voice of thousands and thousands of Chinese farmers - land owing to tiller. Their spirit in resisting the tyranny of CCP is deserved to follow across the country.

Following the individual resistance by Yang Jia and Deng Yujiao, the hundreds of thousands of people are collectively uprising in Fujin. This is the first true uprising launched by local peasants in the last 60 years!

Nevertheless it is only a start of the fight with CCP. In the near future, more and more people will be organized together by themselves to declare war against the evil CCP.

Now it is the time to safeguard our own interests by supporting Fujin people’s action, which is also contributing to the disintegration of CCP’s regime in a long run.

3. Serous warnings for armed forces in Fujin

CIG will give warns to the local armed force including armed police, army and police not to promote a villain in CCP’s evildoing. During the uprising, local people launched effective resistance against the armed suppression, killing and injuring several officers.

However, the current status of the local casualties is yet unclear. The uprising is just. Any assistance in CCP’s crackdown is in the opposition to people’s interests and justice. Therefore, it is CIG’s hope that all armed personnel will follow the "Presidential Order #3" to reject or passively execute CCP’s instruction of killing, rebel or even kill the relevant officials in case of emergency such as being threatened by superior(s).

My Statement on Applying for CIG Citizenship

The First Citizen of the Truly New China: Mr. Liu Guohua(previous law teacher of University of Northeast China, presently residing in U.S.)
I have adequate reasons to trust in our Interim Government which, simillar to countless bud-like transient governments eventually overcoming and taking the place of decayed, atrocious regimes, will be accredited by Chinese people and replace the illegal CCP authority.

Hence I am willing to become the first citizen under the rule of our Interim Government. The citizenship is not only symbolic but also realistic. Hopefully my action will call on more and more patriots home and abroad in vigorously upholding and even participating in the Interim Government. The sea comes from tiny streams. When we get involved, we are creating a truly new China for the future.

Why Do I Stand for CIG?

CIG Special Representative for Negotiation: Mr. Wang Zhaojun (Committee member of Anhui provincial Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, renowned entrepreneur in Mainland)

As I declare my advocacy for the China Interim Government and initiatively pay tax to it, some of my friends feel puzzled. Here is my simple reply: I do so because it is conformable with the trend; meanwhile, Chinese people should have had the right to choose their own government long ago! Now that I am offered this right, why not take it?

The establishment of CIG is not only based on legal principle but also on the understanding by common people. Even if a conceited politician, so long as he is a Chinese sensitive to democratic politics, he should acknowledge and endorse it; let alone those ordinary men who have thought it over. ... It is because it has knocked the gate open for every politician's splendor of political career. Whe do I stand for CIG? Because Chinese people need it so that thousands of their words can only be abstracted into a term: longing!

Why Do I Stand with the Interim Government?

Some friends of mine talked with me about the Interim Government, growling that I'm involved. But actually, I never keep it in that I've been advocating its foundation for years. Because I believe not only is the establishment of the CIG without any mistake or no kidding, but also it is quite something of boundless beneficence that I'm so proud of my involvement.
