Every citizen is supposed to pay one dollar a month, namely 12 dollars a year. This is the bottom amount. Paying more than the amount stipulated is allowed, and the window works all the same. In the mean time, it notes down the total amount of payment in an account with the citizen's correspondiing registration code.
3. I'm staying abroad and want to pay a big amount. May I use this tax window?
Currently this tax window is restricted to Paypal and credit card owners, suitable for small sum taxpayment only. Big amount of tax can be paid by means of TT with bank information shown below:

If you hold Paypal or any credit card, you can directly do it at the tax window.
