Here is to announce that, Gansu Local Interim Government is finally founded in a very short period, without any external support. The local interim government has become our people’s hope in fighting for democracy, livelihood and civil rights, and also is the spirit root of the democratic struggle for our people.
Herein according to Director of Gansu Local Interim Government, the Office of Gansu Local Interim Government declares a second bulletin as follows:
1. Contact branches will be established for administration within Gansu province, which are:
1) Tianshui (South of Gansu) Contact Branch
2) East of Gansu Contact Branch
3) Lanzhou and Center of Gansu Contact Branch
4) Hexi Contact Branch
Those who are willing to contribute to the causes of democracy and the liberation are welcomed to contact the said contact branches by sending messages to our forum at www.futurechinaforum.org .
2. Report Center for CCP’s Crimes is set up in accordance with the people’s wishes.
All of us inside and outside Gansu can report the detailed evidence of the offense committed by CCP officials to Gansu Local Interim Government by sending messages to our forum.
Our Report Center for CCP’s Crimes will accept and collect any case which will then be classified and documented according to international laws and will be judged in the future when CIG formally accepts authority.
Please hold our trust that any corrupt CCP official with any violation or harmful action against the national and people’s interests is surely to be punished with utmost severity in the future.
3. The families with low and mediate level of income, raised by physical labor and other types of legal jobs in Gansu province, will be legally exempted from any arbitrary taxes imposed by CCP regime.
4. Gansu Local Interim Government is very worried about the hard status of the taxi industry which is monopolized by a few CCP-background enterprises.
Accordingly, our office will send legal personnel at the right time to communicate with you and set up trade unions in all regions to defend the interests of the taxi drivers.
Gansu Local Interim Government has made a decision that the taxi drivers can hold any parade and strike at any time in any location. We will always stand with the taxi drivers
5. At present, because of financial, personnel and other issues, Gansu Local Interim Government has not done enough for our people and democracy. We will work harder and harder for the benefit of the public.
The Chinese communist regime has deteriorated to such an extent that it can do nothing but evil things, which is definitely punished by anyone.
At present, only the democratic belief should we rely on to unite together closely.
For a better tomorrow, a prosperous, democratic and new China, let us work hard together!
