Yesterday was the regular press day for China Interim Government when CCP (Chinese Communist Party) intensely made disturbance after half an hour of the online meeting. Fortunately, thanks to the wide support by public, the temporary suspension of the ‘room’ was recovered and our CIG press ended with perfect results.
Since CIG was founded, regular press conferences hosted by Chris Wu, President of CIG and Tang Boqiao, the spokesman of CIG, have been held online every week through Paltalk and Skype to increase the communication between CIG and the people in mainland China. 83 such online meetings have been perfectly completed, plus two special online conferences on 2008 Beijing Olympic Game, and played crucial roles in releasing CIG’s statements on domestic and global events, answering public question, etc.
Supported and welcomed by all levels of public, the online press conferences have become one of the important ways for communication between the people and CIG, which, on the other side, has made CCP, the evil regime so panic that it often intends to interfere and break the regular press especially on its sensitive dates. Just a few days before the CIG’s 2nd anniversary and the celebration’s of New Year, CCP reinforced its actions of disturbance, definitely reflecting its scare of our voice.
President Wu condemned CCP’s devil doings that it can also sign in a press space in Paltalk without any need of such mean and dirty things. Regular participants are indignant and have posted right words to support CIG and denounce against CCP. This interference incident really indicates people’s morale, CIG's increasing strength and CCP’s shamelessness without any guilty conscience.
