Since ancient times, Hunan has cherished the tradition that "Each man shares the responsibility of a nation's rise and fall", embraced the courage that "Though Chu has only three households remaining, Chu shall destroy Qin Dynasty", upheld the heroic passion that "If I dare not enter hell, who dares? ", all of which have forever been inspiring us. As natives of Hunan, we are filled with immense pride and we shall not be unworthy of our martyrs and our land, Hunan, that has raised us.
After over one year and a half secret operation and development, in light of the current dynamic situation, approved by China Interim Government, the 1241st registered citizen of the Interim Government Li Shuren, representative of all members of Hunan Local Interim Government, has solemnly declared: CIG in Hunan has been established!
Hunan Interim Government will uphold the ideology of CIG and shall not seek for monopoly of power, nor personal gains via large scale of social changes. Our ultimate mission is to establish the constitutional order and political democracy under the guideline of CIG and turn the political rights that have been deprived off by the despotic CCP back to the people of Hunan and China. Members of Hunan Local Interim Government, after the completion of its mission, will organize different parties and societies, subject themselves to the monitor and election of people of Hunan and the nation, and take a legitimate participation in the operation for democracy and freedom of the future China's government.
In light of the unique times that we are in, Hunan Local Interim Government has set up the following offices and staff:
Office of Hunan Local Interim Government and the contact person for the local interim government. Under the office, there are the following departments: 1. Public Relation Department; 2. Policy Research Department; 3. Publicity Department; 4. Safeguarding Rights and Resisting Tyranny Department; 5. Human Resources Department. CIG Hunan Institution will recommend and vote for a fellow member who has made extraordinary contribution to the cause of democracy and freedom for this country as the governor of Hunan at an appropriate time.
Today's CCP is "A centipede, dead already but not gone stiff yet". In order to maintain its control and power that have angered heaven and brought grievances to its people, CCP is struggling at its last leg of life. As soon as all people with lofty ideals unite together to launch a substantial counter-offensive, CCP's paper tiger's control will be dissipated like smoke blown away or fallen leaves blown away by the autumn wind.
Heaven has bestowed grand mission upon our generation.
It is the dark night before the morning dawn in China and also it is the time for people with insight to make a difference.
It is said that weak grass can hardly repay the warmth of sunlight in the spring. Our divine land, tears of our loving mother who needs us to participate; people need us to participate, and history calls for our participation.
